At Veylor®, every timepiece is crafted and inspected with the highest standards of quality. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which returns are accepted.
Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting: info@veylor.com. Please include your order number.
Return Conditions
Veylor® timepieces are luxury instruments of exceptional precision and value. To ensure a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
• The timepiece must be returned in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
• All original packaging, including the presentation box, outer box, warranty documentation, tags, protective films, and any accessories must be included and undamaged.
• The protective stickers and seals on the case, crystal, and caseback must remain intact.
• The item must show absolutely no signs of wear, use, adjustment, or handling damage.
Inspection and Refund
Every returned Veylor® timepiece undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality team. This inspection examines the movement, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, and all accompanying materials.
If the item is returned in perfect, unused condition: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), within fourteen (14) days of our receipt and successful inspection of the returned item.
If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage: In accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the diminished value of the goods. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Scratches, scuffs, or marks on the case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
• Evidence that the watch has been worn, sized, or adjusted
• Missing, damaged, or opened packaging, tags, or documentation
• Exposure to water, chemicals, or conditions that have affected the condition of the timepiece
Following our inspection, we will contact you with the outcome and, where applicable, a detailed explanation of any deduction.
How to Return
1. Contact us at info@veylor.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorisation.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using additional protective packaging for transit.
3. Ship the item using a fully insured, trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any loss or damage during transit.

Do not return any item without first obtaining a return authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the completion of our inspection for the refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@veylor.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exclusions
• Items that have been personalised, engraved, or customised at your request, unless they are defective.
• Items purchased from unauthorised third-party retailers. Returns for such items must be directed to the original point of purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.
