Shipping From Germany

All Veylor® orders are dispatched from our facility in Germany. We ship to countries within the European Union. Shipping availability to specific destinations is confirmed during the checkout process.

Discreet and Secure Packaging

Your privacy and the safety of your timepiece are our highest priorities. Every Veylor® shipment is:

Fully insured for the entire value of the contents from dispatch until delivery.

Shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging with no external branding, logos, or visible indication of the contents. This is a deliberate security measure to protect your purchase during transit.

Securely packaged with protective materials to ensure your timepiece arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. Veylor® is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Delivery and Signature

Depending on the destination and value of the shipment, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the package.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will follow their standard procedures for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@veylor.com with your order number and, if applicable, photographs of any damage to the packaging or product. As all shipments are fully insured, we will initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
