Every Veylor® timepiece is engineered and inspected to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty programme.

Veylor® Lifetime Warranty — Minster Imperial Princeptor

The Veylor® Minster Imperial Princeptor is covered by a lifetime manufacturer warranty, reflecting our absolute confidence in the quality of this timepiece.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in the movement and internal mechanism that arise during normal, everyday use and without any external cause. Specifically:

• Movement malfunctions that occur without external influence, impact, or exposure to conditions outside the watch’s rated specifications.

• Functional failures of internal components attributable to defects in manufacturing or materials.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Improper use, misuse, negligence, or accidents — including but not limited to drops, impacts, shocks, and exposure to conditions beyond the watch’s intended use.

Cosmetic wear and damage — including scratches, dents, or discolouration to the case, crystal, bezel, crown, strap, or bracelet.

Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by parties not certified by Veylor®.

Normal wear and tear of consumable components, including straps, bracelets, batteries (if applicable), and water-resistance gaskets.

Exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or magnetic fields beyond the watch’s rated tolerances.

Water damage resulting from use in conditions exceeding the watch’s stated water resistance rating, or from failure to ensure the crown and pushers are properly secured.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at info@veylor.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful and appreciated.

2. Deliver the timepiece to a Veylor®-certified service partner, or send it directly to us at the address below, using insured and trackable shipping.

3. Our team will inspect the timepiece and assess whether the defect falls within the scope of this warranty.

4. If the claim is approved, the repair will be carried out at no charge and the timepiece will be returned to you.

Veylor® reserves the sole right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty. If the inspection reveals that the issue is not covered, we will contact you with a repair estimate before proceeding.

Statutory Warranty

Independently of the Veylor® Lifetime Warranty, all customers within the European Union are entitled to the statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) under applicable law. In Germany, this provides a two-year warranty period from the date of delivery for defects existing at the time of delivery, in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB (German Civil Code).

The Veylor® Lifetime Warranty is provided voluntarily by Schmidt & partners GmbH and does not limit or replace your statutory rights.
