Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website veylor.com and any purchase of products offered through this website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The website is operated by:

Schmidt & partners GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 9, 35096 Weimar (Lahn), Germany

Email: info@veylor.com | VAT ID: DE369830284 | Commercial Register: HRB207528, District Court of Goettingen

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided with the greatest possible accuracy; however, minor deviations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of fine timepieces.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) for sales within the European Union. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to place an order and does not represent a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Please review the order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Germany. All shipments are fully insured and dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect both the contents and your privacy.

Delivery times and applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and vary depending on the destination country. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to info@veylor.com) before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Important: You must return the product in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, documentation, tags, and protective materials intact. Any item returned with signs of wear, use, handling damage, removed tags, missing components, or compromised packaging may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount to account for the diminished value of the goods, as permitted under Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

7. Warranty

7.1 Statutory Warranty

As a consumer within the European Union, you are entitled to the statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) under applicable law. In Germany, this provides a two-year warranty period from the date of delivery for defects existing at the time of delivery, in accordance with §§ 434 ff. BGB (German Civil Code).

7.2 Veylor® Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty — Minster Imperial Princeptor

In addition to your statutory rights, Veylor® provides a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the Veylor® Minster Imperial Princeptor. This warranty covers defects in the movement and internal mechanism that arise under normal, everyday use and without external cause.

Covered: Movement defects without external influence; functional failures attributable to manufacturing or material defects.

Not covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence; cosmetic damage; unauthorised repairs; normal wear and tear; exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or magnetic fields beyond rated tolerances.

To submit a warranty claim, contact info@veylor.com. The timepiece must be delivered to a Veylor®-certified service partner or sent directly to us for inspection. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

7.3 Other Products

For Veylor® products other than the Minster Imperial Princeptor, the statutory warranty under applicable law applies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases involving injury to life, body, or health, or a breach of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten).

• In cases of breach of material contractual obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

• Our liability for intentional misconduct and gross negligence remains unaffected.

• Our liability under mandatory consumer protection law, including the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), remains unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

Veylor®, Veylor® Watches, and all associated logos, designs, product names, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Schmidt & partners GmbH or its licensors. They are protected by trademark, copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Schmidt & partners GmbH.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

12. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the website following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any orders placed prior to a change remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
